Levy manages a team of business development and relationship managers for Illinois, whose primary objective is revenue growth through new business acquisition and deepening existing business relationships, while maintaining credit quality. She has also pioneered marketing and networking events with local community organizations, and is charged with continuing to create or participate in projects focused on efficiency and increase profitability such as MIS and data management, streamlining front end credit process, buddy/mentor program, rolling out of FX and trade as new initiative, driving a focused sales process approach and helping design new products and services. Prior to her current position, she was senior vice president and area manager of the commercial banking group in Chicago, where she successfully integrated seven of 10 bankers into the commercial banking team and was successful in driving double-digit results from 2007-2009. Before joining Citigroup, she served as a financial sales manager at SunTrust Bank.
