Yang Chao, VP Finance of Gogo, has built a track record of building and leading high performance finance organization for startup and mature businesses. She has extensive experience in financial strategy and operations, planning & analysis, as well as equity/debt financing for capital structure optimization. During her tenure in Gogo, Ms. Chao has successfully managed FP&A team, delivering high quality company forecast, long-range business plan, and insightful financial analysis. She has rapid career progressions and has made significant contributions to the growth of the company. Ms. Chao has 14 years of experience in the Hi-Tech industry, focusing on finance, strategy, and business development. Before joining Gogo, Ms. Chao worked in Motorola as a strategy and business development manager on Mobile TV solutions. Ms. Chao received her MBA from University of Chicago Booth School of Business and Bachelor degree from Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics in Beijing, China. She is an active leader of the Asian American Executive Network in the Chicago Land Asian Community.
