Larissa Williams-Staples is the corporate inclusive diversity manager on Allstate Insurance’s Inclusive Diversity team. In this role, she manages Allstate’s reputation and branding communications supporting diversity and inclusion for the entire enterprise. She is also the key point person for media inquiries and for providing diversity-related communications to the CEO and senior leadership. She is accountable for building strategies to maintain and improve Allstate’s reputation as a great place to work. Larissa has an MBA degree with a specialization in international business. During her MBA studies, she provided internal communication strategies for a merger-and-acquisition process supporting a Fortune 100 Telecommunications company in São Paulo, Brazil. She also developed marketing and strategy tactics for a start-up business’ disruptive technology invention in Europe. Larissa currently sits on the advisory board of Global Women’s Leadership Forum and recently received the employee resource group disability certificate from Springboard Consulting.
