As executive director of The Chicago School of Professional Psychology, Tiffany Masson manages and operates a multi-million dollar budget across five distinct programs within the division of the Social and Behavioral Sciences. This position includes providing key leadership in managing P &L; launching new products and initiatives that are budget-neutral, increase brand awareness and build efficiencies across programs and campuses; managing multiple and varied stakeholder relationships and analyzing the pros and cons of academic and business decisions; and establishing metrics for success while bringing together a cohesive product management and academic team. Masson has a doctorate of psychology from the California School of Professional Psychology, and a bachelor of arts degree from Boston University.
