Bordeaux has over 15 years of HR experience in a variety of industries. In her current position, she handles the HR functions across four hospitals and home health services, as well as corporate-wide leadership for nurse recruitment and retention. She provides leadership oversight of HR services to an employee population of 10,000. Bordeaux specializes in employment and labor matters, and in this capacity oversees legal affairs and mitigates employment law matters prior to litigation. One of her major achievements at NorthShore was designing and leading the implementation of its first diversity and inclusion strategy, and serving as executive sponsor. She also provides corporate-wide leadership for several other customer loyalty business initiatives. She has presented several keynote addresses on employment best practices, including for the National Healthcare Lawyers Association and City of Chicago. She’s a 15-year mentor of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Metropolitan Chicago, and serves on several boards.
