Its strong partnerships with organizations such as the National Society of Black Engineers (NSBE), National Action Council for Minorities in Engineering (NACME), and the Society of Women Engineers (SWE) have allowed Sony to keep with its goal of creating diversity both within the company as well as the communities in which they do business. To ensure an environment that is both forward and sensitive to the issues facing a multicultural workforce, Sony offers courses in diversity training to its employees in an effort to promote and increase diversity awareness.
