Head of Diversity and Inclusion, Human Resources
Angela Roseboro is a vice president of T. Rowe Price Group, Inc. As head of Diversity and Inclusion she is in charge of overseeing the development of key initiatives that reflect the global and diverse backgrounds, perspectives and cultures at T. Rowe Price’s. In 2017, she spearheaded the development of the firm’s first Diversity and Inclusion Annual Report. She is also a member of the firm’s Diversity Advisory Council; Ethnic Diversity Roundtable; the Women’s Roundtable; and PRIDE, the firm’s LGBTA business resource group.
Ms. Roseboro has over  years of experience in the practice of Diversity and Inclusion. Prior to joining T. Rowe Price in 2013, she was chief diversity officer at Jones Lang LaSalle, a global commercial real estate services firm. She has received recognition from DiversityInc magazine, Diversity Best Practices, Black Enterprise magazine, Human Rights Campaign, and Diversity MBA magazine and was named to The Network Journal’s list of “25 Influential Black Women in Business” in 2013.
Ms. Roseboro is currently an active member of the Teach for America Advisory Board, Diversity MBA Advisory Board of Directors and a member of Securities Industry and Financial Markets Association Diversity and Inclusion Committee. She earned a bachelor’s degree in human resource management from Roosevelt University in Illinois. She has also served as an adjunct professor at Marquette University in Milwaukee in .
Ms. Roseboro is a native [Illinois]. She has two daughters, one college bound and another who was a professional soccer player. She has been married to her husband for  years and lives in Baltimore, MD.
