Omorlie Harris, Vice President, Treasurer, leads VF’s Global Treasury team and is responsible providing financial resources needed to fund the company’s daily as well as long-term financial needs. She also provides financial tools and solutions to help VF navigate volatile financial markets.
Omorlie has over 17 years of financial services experience. She joined VF in 2011 and has held various roles within Treasury, starting with Manager of Financial Risk Management and most recently was Assistant Treasurer, overseeing the Corporate Finance and Risk Management teams.
Prior to joining VF, Omorlie worked in the Investment Banking division at Bank of America-Merrill Lynch focusing on equity derivatives. She started her career on Wall Street in the Capital Market group at JPMorgan specializing in debt solutions for investment grade issuers.
Omorlie has a bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from Colgate University, and an MBA in Finance from Yale University.
