Rodrigo Garcia is a partner and Chief Investment Officer of BeDoWin360 Capital, a purpose-driven investment fund and success accelerator. In this position Rodrigo leads the firm’s strategic investments across multiple private market asset classes to create a diversified investment portfolio with optimized risk-adjusted returns, enhanced growth prospects, stabilized distributions, recurring cash flows, and expansive economic & social impact. He also implements DEI and EDG investment framework. Before his current position, Rodrigo was the Deputy State Treasurer and Chief Investment Officer for the Illinois State Treasury where he led stewardship of the treasury’s institutional investments in fixed income, public equities, venture capital, private equity, and more. He’s also an Adjunct Professor at Northwestern University, an Aspen Global Fellow, and a TEDx speaker. Rodrigo received a Master of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Illinois Chicago and a Master of Arts in Public Policy from Northwestern University.
