Tanyelle Little Mims is the Sr. Partner Talent Acquisition at Freedom Mortgage. She graduated from Eastern University with an MBA. She is a Certified DEI professional with a track record of driving human capital initiatives and cultural transformations across diverse industries. She specializes in Diverse Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations and DEI programs and recruiting needs. Mims partners with her D&I team to identify Executive Sponsors for diversity partner organizations, to support initiatives, engage with external partner leadership, promote employee engagement, and resource support by business divisions and functions. In addition, she identifies and implements continuous improvement opportunities to event management and recruitment processes in support of national (local, regional) conferences and partners with recruitment marketing to drive awareness for all events.
