As the Senior Director of Talent and Organization Effectiveness, Jessica serves as the head of Diversity and Inclusion. Responsible for diversity practices that demonstrate progress in improving diverse representation, that foster an inclusive employee experience, and that demonstrate impact through external recognitions and corporate reputation while driving our efforts to create an inclusive workplace, where all employees can be their authentic selves. She is a founding board member of Friends of the SF Birch Center non-profit. Jessica is also certified in Korn Ferry Profiler 360 and Zenger Folkman Extraordinary Leader 360 assessments. She holds both a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of California, San Diego and a Master of Science in Industrial Organizational Psychology from San Francisco State University.
