This is the fifth consecutive year that ADP has received a 100 percent rating in HRC’s Corporate Equality Index (CEI). The HRC’s CEI annually rates large U.S. employers based on their policies and practices pertaining to lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender employees. As in prior years, ADP was recognized by HRC as a top-rated employer for its diverse workforce and commitment to inclusion regardless of sexual orientation, gender identity or expression.
