Congratulations to PhD Project member, Dr. Diane Lawong, who successfully defended her dissertation titled, Job Crafting as a response to organizational politics. A mediated and moderated model” on November 2, 2019.
She received her Ph.D. from Florida State University and is on faculty position at the University of Alabama-Birmingham.
Dr. Lawong:
- Attended the 2014 PhD Project November Conference.
- As a student, she was a member of The PhD Project Management Doctoral Students Association
- Now as faculty, a member of the PhD Project Management Faculty Alumni Association.
Dr. Shanna Daniels, a current PhD Project faculty member, served on her dissertation committee.
