2015 50 Out Front for Diversity Leadership:
BEST PLACES FOR WOMEN & DIVERSE MANAGERS TO WORK
Chicago , IL – Diversity MBA is a national leadership organization targeting professionals, managers, and executives in leadership publishes, its ninth annual list of “50 Out Front for Diversity Leadership: Best Places for & Women & Diverse Managers to Work. The list will be published in Diversity MBA Magazine’s 2015 July issue.
This year’s benchmarking survey has reached a pivotal point in its history. Our research now addresses the who, what, when and how of building inclusive diversity strategies that are aligned with talent management. This builds on past rankings, where we measured systems, methods and practices of how companies are implementing diversity and inclusion strategies. We are clear on the value of intentional strategies based on accountability, succession planning, representation, workplace inclusion, recruitment and board diversity. We also recognize the impact of a participant’s diversity and inclusion strategies that allow and encourage women and managers of diverse backgrounds to excel and develop into leadership roles.
Pam McElvane, CEO & Publisher, says, “Diversity MBA Benchmarking dared to challenge the marketplace by stretching the limits to develop metrics; and gain insights on how companies are striving to sustain diverse and inclusive cultures with profitable growth. Our survey challenged our participants to dig deep and share insights on their practices. Today, we expect organizations to have processes and systems with metrics to measure success; but leading and next practices are required to validate the commitment that leaders must make daily.”
Diversity MBA is pleased to name Accenture as the new Number One Company for the “Best Places for Diverse & Women Managers to Work.” Accenture has focused on developing both their external pipeline and outreach as well as enhance their internal systems and diversity initiatives.
