CHICAGO, IL – DiversityMBA Magazine, a niche publication targeting people of color and women MBAs, students, professionals and the business community will publish its fourth annual “50 Out Front for Diversity Leadership: Best Places for Diverse Managers To Work” in its spring issue, which will hit the newsstands and international distribution in April 2009.
Our ranking for the 2009 50 Out Front Companies list has expanded it’s research evaluations to include companies that implement intentional strategies based on accountability, strong inclusion practices and ongoing evaluation of retention/recruitment activities that allow and encourage managers of diverse backgrounds to excel and develop into leadership roles. In the past, the list focused primarily on recruitment and diversity programs. Attached is the list of the 2009 companies in rank order.
