As a Vice President at Northern Trust, her responsibilities include: training facilitation, Subject Matter Expert coaching and project management. Janet has led committees for the Black Business and Women’s Leadership Resource Councils. Janet has extensive international training delivery experience, having recently led classes for the implementation of a new trading platform in London. Previously Janet has worked for a European software company where she delivered several master software implementation classes in Germany Australia and the Philippines. Janet Graduated from DePaul University, Kellstadt Graduate school of Business. with a degree in international business.
