In her current role as a Director of HR for Tech Data’s Latin American region, Jovanka is responsible for leading the development and implementation strategies focused on human capital management, customer satisfaction and business performance. Among her many accomplishments, she is a certified professional in HR, mentor/speaker, ambassador, certified trainer in leadership and service, trained Florida court mediator, and member of Society of Human Resource Management Certified Professionals. She’s studied at the University of South Florida and American Public University System.
