Lashan is the Organizational Development and Learning Manager at Volkswagen Group of America supporting VW Credit, Inc., the financial arm of the organization. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Central Florida in 1997. In 2008, she earned a Master of Business Administration from Wayne State University with concentrations in Human Resources and Organizational Behavior. With 20 years as a strong advocate for personal and professional development, she believes that every day is an opportunity to learn something new. Lashan lives by trusting that “if you do the right thing, right will eventually come” and uses this philosophy to mentor young people at church and in the community.
