Sharnell is currently a Brand Manager at Smithfield Foods a $15B consumer packaged goods company where she is responsible for managing a $250MM brand portfolio. In this role, Sharnell oversees the brand strategy and marketing activation plans, including consumer insights, digital marketing, in-store activation planning, creative development, public relations, agency management, packaging design, and new product innovation. Prior to Smithfield, Sharnell worked for The Hershey Company where we managed brands such as Ice Breakers Mints, York Peppermint Patty, Almond Joy & Mounds.
Sharnell earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration and Marketing from the University of Illinois College of Business in Urbana-Champaign and an MBA in Business Management from Eastern University in Pennsylvania.
