Berrozpe-Galindo is responsible for defining brand, product and business strategies for U.S. major appliances, managing capital, engineering and revenue generation budgets for North America. She’s accountable for U.S. Majors P&L, and manages execution of brand and product plans including project delivery, pricing and promotions, and all marketing and trade marketing activities. She also leads four ELA strategic initiatives: premium cooking growth, laundry and refrigeration turn-around, unmatched customer loyalty, and best cost and radical simplification, and is additionally responsible for consumer insights and marketplace intelligence; innovation and new business development, and OEM sales. She was previously vice president product business, North American region, where she handled product strategy, capital and engineering investments, product development, category management, and pricing and promotions, and redefined product category strategies, attaining approval for 10 major projects as key drivers of turnaround. Prior to Whirlpool, she was with Wella Group, Sara Lee, and Paglieri.
