Cole is responsible for delivering products and services for BOA’s. retail banking customers. She leads the product management group for the checking, debit and credit card businesses and also oversees the payments and innovation strategy for consumer banking. Prior to this, she led the payments strategy and products group with responsibility for customer acquisition, customer retention, and revenue and loss management. She joined the bank in 2010 and prior to that was senior vice president/group executive retail product management, operations, and strategy at Harris Bank. She serves on the board of directors of Opera Carolina, is a member of BOA’s Global Diversity & Inclusion Council, executive co-sponsor of the Consumer & Small Business Banking Products Employee Engagement & Diversity Council, member of Black Professional Group, member of Leadership, Education, Advocacy and Development for women at BOA, and a board member of International House of Charlotte.
