Davis has diverse experience in laboratory and research centers, healthcare, higher-education, hospitality, office, retail, industrial, data center, trading floor, and interior build-out projects. He has consistently managed multiple complex projects to successful completion, using his practical knowledge of the planning, design, and construction process. He’s currently serving as project manager on a $50 million Kaiser Permanente comprehensive medical center project, which involves adding a new LEED certified 65,000-square-foot specialty care building to an existing medical office building, adding a new 213 space parking garage, and completing 15,000 square feet of major renovations within the existing office building. Davis recently completed a role as project manager for the Georgia State University science park. Prior to these assignments he project managed a $25 million renovation of the Hyatt Regency Atlanta Hotel, completed over 20 projects for Walt Disney Co., and managed more than 60 projects for Bank of America and Wells Fargo.
