In addition to being the COO, Kumar is also the co-founder of COMNet Group, an IT and health services organization specializing in IT consulting services, ERP and clinical data management. He has over 20 years of experience in the IT and telecommunications arenas. Prior to founding COMNet, Kumar has served in several key management positions at Motorola Inc. as well as provided advisory and consulting services to several major corporations, including Cincinnati Bell Information Systems, Bell South Mobility, Coors Miller, US West, and Walgreens pharmacy chain. In his current capacity, he focuses on operations, technology development, and the execution of strategically diversified solutions focusing on information technology best practices and innovation through thought leadership, market presence, and alignment with client business needs. He is also an innovator at heart and holds a patent with the US Patent Office as well as several patents pending in wireless and electronic database management.
