Mehroke is responsible for direction and oversight of the corporate function of provider reimbursement including research, development, implementation, ongoing maintenance and administration of provider payment methodologies and fee schedules for all provider types in support of provider contractual arrangements. She also oversees and maintains provider payment policies, analyzing the impact on the network and understanding of the administration of Horizon’s various products and member benefit programs, and is accountable for maintaining effective internal controls over the processes and transactions under areas of responsibility including the completeness and accuracy of financial information and transactions, compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and the effectiveness and efficiency of operations. Prior to her current position, she was manager of the same department and a senior business sustems analyst, respectively. Before joining HBCBSNJ, she was a business analyst at Logistic Solutions Inc. and an HR administrator at International Tractors Ltd.
