Rachel Greene is a Senior Program Manager for Microsoft Corporation. Her accountabilities include managing new product launches, building strong relationships with business partners and cross organizational collaboration.
Prior to joining Microsoft, Rachel was manager of enterprise 0perations for DeVry University. Her responsibilities included managing multiple technology projects, partnering with stakeholders to develop their business strategies and objectives, and implementing data integrations from numerous operations infrastructure. Ms. Greene has previously held positions as an information technology project manager at the Gateway Foundation, manager of business analysts at Coventry Health Care and network engineer for Hewitt Associates. Rachel is a talented program manager, project manager, people manager and network engineer with a broad and diverse background in information technology, coaching and developing. Rachel was awarded the Chicago Defender Women of Excellence Award in 2012. She is a lifetime member of the National Black MBA Association. She is currently the president of the National Black MBA Association, Seattle Chapter, where she previously served as the vice president of programming. Rachel has also served as vice president of operations and marketing/communications chair on the executive board of the National Black MBA Association, Chicago Chapter. She has also mentored many children and young adults.
Rachel is a member of the Project Management Institute, Beta Gamma Sigma, Keller Graduate School Alumni Association, and DePaul University Alumni Association.”
