Dana R. Wright, M.S.L., is a Law Enforcement Executive with nearly 15 years of leadership experience with one of the largest Sheriff’s Offices in the nation. She is a graduate of the highly competitive FBI National Academy in Quantico, Virginia, after being selected as the first female in her organization’s history to attend. She previously served as a Deputy Chief of Staff to the Sheriff and, in her current position as Bureau Chief of Human Resources, she maintains oversight of the daily operations and staffing of multiple departments within her organization of 6,600+ employees. She has been instrumental in the implementation of several policies and programs designed to benefit employees and the diverse communities they serve. Dana sits on the Associate Board of the Young Women’s Leadership Charter School, and resides in the southwest suburbs with her husband, two daughters and her dog.
