Linda Singh is the managing director of health and public service with Accenture. She also manages a second career as a general in the Maryland U.S. Army National Guard. Her project management and implementation experience spans more than 30 years with civilian, public safety and Department of Defense organizations. Ms. Singh recently returned from a military deployment in Afghanistan, where she served as Afghan Security Forces operations chief with the 29th Infantry Division, as part of the ISAF Joint Command. Prior to deployment, she served as brigade commander for the 70th Regional Training Institute in the Maryland Army National Guard. She deployed in 2006 and returned in 2007, to serve as deputy chief of staff, logistics (G4) for the Multinational Task Force East in Kosovo. Ms. Singh served the majority of that time with the 29th Infantry Division. She is currently the director, joint staff for the Maryland National Guard.
