Tracey Walker Is Vice President and National Director of Government Affairs; Culture Diversity and Inclusion at RSM US, LLP. She is the Federal Government Affairs Leader, specializing in government transformation and performance; RSM registered lobbyist and Congressional/lawmaking representative. In a dual role, directs RSM’s National/enterprise-wide Culture Diversity and Inclusion programming for its 10,000 employees and 90 offices nationally and internationally. . In her previous role as Vice President, Director of Government Relations at The McMillan Law Firm, She was the Chief lobbyist, media and IP legislation specialist for recording, film, television and sports icons and entities.
She received the RSM Achievement Award and also the Women Leaders in Consulting Award, Washington DC “40 Under 40” Award. She graduated Harvard University with Organization Behavior degree.
