Nereida (Neddy) Perez

She is an internationally recognized Human Resources Talent & Diversity practitioner with more than 24 years of experience, who has worked with Fortune 50 and Fortune 500 corporations. She has developed and implemented business strategies designed to remove organizational and cultural barriers to address talent and business growth. Neddy has served on the board of several national and international nonprofit organizations focusing on Human Rights, Manufacturing, Energy, Leadership Development and Workforce Development.
Neddy is a strong advocate on STEM and talent pipeline development and was an original founder of STEMConnector.org. She has since started & led programs like the National Utilities Diversity Council, MightyChicks.org and the STEM Talent Acquisition Council. An advocate for women she has created women’s leadership programs for ALPFA, the National Manufacturing Institute.
She has worked with Ingersoll Rand, Shell, National Grid Utilities, UPS, KPMG, Gulfstream, the U.S. Army and U.S. Air Force, etc. on talent and diversity strategies. Neddy has also served on the boards of Central Piedmont Community College, the Manufacturing Institute and various nonprofit organizations focusing on the development of talent.
In 2015, she was named as one of the most influential global diversity officers by Global Diversity Magazine and in 2014 she was named the Top Hispanic Executive in the U.S. by the National Hispanic Business Group.
