Yushuang is the Director of Enterprise Analytics at Clorox. She is leading and coaching a team of highly diverse, cross-functional members to deliver data and analytic solutions, to drive better & faster business decisions through frictionless flow of data, and to help reimagine the new ways of work with the power of analytics. She is a strong advocate for elevating the maturity of analytics at enterprise scale. Prior to this role, she led the analytic teams for Clorox’s core businesses, delivering data-driven insights to optimize business actions.

Yushuang is actively engaged in the mentorship program and the Asian ERG at Clorox. She also cares deeply about I&D initiatives. She enjoys community services, particularly passionate for environmental sustainability, racial equity and STEAM for girls. Before joining Clorox, she was the youngest woman partner of Asian descent for a consulting firm. Yushuang got her Ph.D. in Economic Geography from Michigan State University.
