Rhonda Carter Adams is the Director of Talent and Inclusion at Dot Foods. She earned her Master of Business Administration in Global Management from Phoenix University. Prior to her current role at Dot, Adams was the Illinois American Water Corporate Diversity Lead at American Water. In this position, Adams was responsible for fostering and growing relationships between American Water and diverse organizations to ensure the utilization of minority, women, and veteran suppliers. She also created and implemented strategies to attract diverse talent. In addition, Adams believes in giving back. She spent 3years as a volunteer for the Greater St. Louis Community.
