As the Senior Director of Engagement and Inclusion, David Bubas engages in concentrated efforts to help bolster UPMC’s corporate environment by helping to educate those within the UPMC workforce on the best ways to foster a diverse, equitable, and inclusive environment where all employees can thrive. In collaboration with the Chief Diversity, Inclusion, and Talent Management Officer, Bubas provides overarching strategic planning, initiative development, and execution oversight to advance diversity and inclusion at UPMC. Bubas earned his Bachelor’s of Science in business administration from Duquesne University, and his MBA from Waynesburg University. He is also certified as a Professional in Human Resources by the HR Certification Institute and the Society of Human Resource Management
