William Jahmal Miller is Chief Administrative Officer of Mercy Medical Group, a service of Dignity Health Medical Foundation. Previously, Miller served as System Vice President with CommonSpirit Health, where he had responsibility for national health equity and inclusion initiatives. Prior to joining CommonSpirit, Miller was Blue Shield of California’s inaugural Director of Corporate Reputation & Thought Leadership. Miller is recognized as a national thought leader and an expert on issues pertaining healthcare strategy, public health, health equity, mental health and public policy. He serves on the boards of directors for The Crocker Art Museum Association (CAMA), Valley Vision, the California Asian Chamber of Commerce, and is an active contributor to Landmark Ventures’ Social Innovation Summit. Miller received his B.A. from Columbia University, his Master’s from the University of Southern California, and his doctorate from Western University of Health Sciences
