Celebrating the Pioneers of Progress DiversityMBA Honors the Class of 2024’s Top 25 Outstanding Leaders and Diversity & Impact

CHICAGO, IL- Diversity MBA Magazine, a nationally distributed publication targeting professionals in corporate America, educational institutions, and individual entrepreneurs, proudly announces this year’s Top 25 Outstanding Leadership and Diversity Impact Awards.

This prestigious award honors 25 pioneers, change-makers, and community leaders who have made significant contributions to advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion within their spheres of influence. (See list below.)

It recognizes and uplifts those who have distinguished themselves in the field of diversity, served on prominent boards, or made remarkable efforts to give back to their communities, and within their work environments.

The 25 listed honorees were meticulously selected based on their extended tenure, community involvement, leadership acumen, and unwavering commitment to the core values of diversity, equity, and inclusion. These exceptional individuals are role models who lead with honesty, integrity, drive, and innovative ideas. They are also mentors and sponsors who help others achieve their goals and reach new heights. Through motivation, compassion, and positive collaboration consistently contribute to the success of others while making significant impacts themselves.

“We take pride in being able to recognize and celebrate these incredible and impactful leaders,” said Pam McElvane, CEO of Diversity MBA Media. “In our eyes, this is a celebration of not just their legacy, but furtherance of our mission to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion across all sectors. Each honoree exemplifies the transformative power of leadership and the profound impact that dedicated individuals can have on creating inclusive environments.”

The honorees will be recognized at Diversity MBA Media’s 18th Annual DMBA National Leadership Development & Recognition Conference, to be held Oct. 2-4, 2024, in Chicago, IL. They will receive custom awards, profiles in the Top 25 Leaders of Impact publication, and opportunities to share their experiences with emerging leaders.

“Our honorees are beacons of progress in their communities and industries,” McElvane added. “Their dedication to fostering inclusive cultures and driving positive change is truly inspiring. This recognition not only celebrates their achievements but also serves as a call to action for others to follow in their footsteps.”
