Donald Fan currently serves as senior director in Office of Diversity of Walmart Stores, U.S. He directs and oversees the strategy and execution around diversity and inclusion, marketing and communications, reputation management, identifying emerging trends and recommending best practices in diversity and inclusion arena. Donald also contributes in infrastructure development, designing and deploying the robust systematic tools and measures to continuously improve and streamline the business processes in the Office of Diversity.
Prior to his current role, Donald worked in Walmart’s Information System Division with various technical and analytical positions for eight years.
Donald taught college in China before coming to the United States for graduate studies in 1990. Donald earned a Bachelor of Arts in English and Master Degree in Education.
