The Industry Inclusion Index (I³) is a first-of-its-kind benchmark that measures inclusion maturity at the industry level, not just within individual companies. Built by Promena Insights, I³ translates five years of Inclusive Leadership Index™ (ILI) data, representing 1,700+ organizations across 38 industries into an evidence-based view of inclusion maturity across 15 industry verticals, giving executives, boards, and policymakers a clearer way to understand how their industry compares and where progress is needed most.

Now in its fourth year, this Index centers people with disabilities and what it takes to build a true culture of inclusion and belonging.
