The Promena Inclusive Leadership Index is our flagship benchmarking framework—built to measure what inclusive leadership looks like in practice and to translate those findings into actionable, real-world standards. INDUSTRY INCLUSION INDEX

The Industry Inclusion Index (I³) is a first-of-its-kind benchmark that measures inclusion maturity at the industry level, not just within individual companies. Built by Promena Insights, I³ translates five years of Inclusive Leadership Index™ (ILI) data, representing 1,700+ organizations across 38 industries into an evidence-based view of inclusion maturity across 15 industry verticals, giving executives, boards, and policymakers a clearer way to understand how their industry compares and where progress is needed most.

Disability Inclusion & Accessibility Index (DIA)

Now in its fourth year, this Index centers people with disabilities and what it takes to build a true culture of inclusion and belonging. It spotlights essential functions and today’s most critical inclusion factors, helping companies focus change where it will matter most. Grounded in research and dialogue with business leaders, HR practitioners, and disability advocates, it delivers practical insights to remove barriers and accelerate progress.
