Dr. Oakley:
- Received her Ph.D. from University of North Carolina-Greensboro.
- Attended the 2007 November Conference and is a member of The PhD Project Information Systems Doctoral Students Association and now as faculty, a member of The PhD Project Information Systems Faculty Alumni Association

Dr. Rosette:
- Received her Ph.D. in management at Northwestern University.
- Attended the 1997 PhD Project November Conference and is a member of The PhD Project Management Doctoral Students Association, first as a doctoral student and currently as faculty.

Please join us in congratulating Dr. Donna M. Blancero, Management, Bentley University, who has been named Provost.
Dr. Blancero had been serving as Interim Provost since March 2019 and prior was the Associate Dean at the University.
Dr. Blancero:
- Is a faculty member of The PhD Project Management Faculty Alumni Association.
- She holds a B.S. from SUNY College at Old Westbury, an M.S. from New York Institute of Technology and a Ph.D. from Cornell University.
- Dr. Blancero has also served as Chair of The PhD Project Committee on Hispanic Excellence (CHE) working to fulfill our commitment to the recognition we received from the White House Initiative on Educational Excellence for Hispanics choosing The PhD Project as a “Bright Spot in Hispanic Education.”

Please join us in congratulating Dr. Erika H. James, Management, who has been named the new Dean of The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania beginning July 2020. Dr. James currently serves as dean of the Goizueta Business School at Emory University.
Dr. James:
- is a faculty member of The PhD Project Management Faculty Alumni/ Management Faculty of Color Association.
- holds a bachelor’s degree from Pomona College, a master’s and Ph.D. in organizational psychology from the University of Michigan.
