Diana Sorfleet is vice president and chief human resources officer and chief diversity officer of CSX Corporation, headquartered in Jacksonville, FL. CSX is one of the nation’s leading transportation companies, providing rail, intermodal and rail-to-truck transload services. The company’s transportation network spans approximately 21,000 miles, with service to 23 eastern states and over 30,000 employees. Diana oversees the company’s talent management, staffing, diversity & inclusion, learning & development and human resources support to the businesses.
Diana joined CSX in June 2011 after a long career with Exelon Corporation, a national energy provider. Diana worked at Exelonfor two decades in progressively more responsible positions in the human resources department supporting diverse businesses within the organization. She was most recently vice president for diversity and development responsible for corporate-wide human resources policy decisions.

Master’s in Business Administration from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University. Master’s Degree in Management and Human Resources from National Louis University. Bachelor’s in Communications from Loyola University of Chicago.
