Michael L. Wheeler is currently the Director and Chief Diversity Officer at Omnicom Media Group and is responsible for all facets of their Diversity & Inclusion strategy.
Prior to joining Omnicom Media Group, Michael founded OEStrategies Inc., and before that he was a program director for The Conference Board where he launched their first executive Council on Workforce Diversity, their Annual Diversity Conference and Workshops, and their Diversity research area of expertise.
Michael has been called a “Pioneer of Diversity” by Diversity Journal for his accomplishments and over twenty years of leadership experience in the field of Diversity. He has worked closely with government, not-for-profit and Fortune 500 companies.
Education
Michael holds a B.A. in Organizational Communication from California State University and a M. S. in Human Resources Management form Milano Graduate School of Management, New School University.
