Our Mission

DMBA (Developing More Better Access) Foundation exists to support community health, empower community leaders, and partner with organizations dedicated to youth scholarship, development, and STEM pathways. We believe access changes outcomes—access to care, to mentors, to education, to safe spaces, and to the tools that help young people thrive.

What We Support

Community Health

We support health-focused initiatives that meet people where they are—education, screenings, wellness resources, and partnerships that reduce barriers to care. Healthy communities start with access, trust, and consistent support.

Leadership Empowerment

We invest in local leaders—parents, educators, organizers, and mentors—because community solutions are strongest when they are led by community voices. We uplift leaders with training, tools, and collaborative networks.

Youth Scholarship & STEM

We partner with organizations that serve youth through scholarships, tutoring, skill-building, and STEM exploration. From coding to robotics to hands-on learning, we help young people see themselves in the future they’re building.

Community Leadership & Training Program

We provide leadership development and practical training for community members who are ready to lead. Through workshops, coaching, and hands-on projects, we help emerging and established leaders build skills in community organizing, program planning, grant readiness, public speaking, and collaborative problem-solving. Our goal is to strengthen local capacity, so solutions are sustainable and led by trusted voices from within the community.

v Develop leadership pipelines that equip community leaders with skills, resources, and visibility.

v Launch a Community Leadership & Training Program with quarterly cohorts and ongoing mentorship.

v Build a “Pay It Forward” circle of monthly givers to sustain programs year-round.
