Downers Grove, IL & Milwaukee, WI — Advocate Aurora Health, one of the largest not-for-profit, integrated health care systems in the nation, has earned the 2021 Top Workplaces USA award.
This brand new, national award is based solely on the feedback through team member surveys surrounding business outcomes, leadership, culture drivers, organization basics, health care and diversity, equity and inclusion. Advocate Aurora is the only health system in Illinois and Wisconsin to receive the recognition.
