Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey has provided funding and support to Shatterproof and the New Jersey Department of Human Services to launch ATLAS (Addiction Treatment Locator, Assessment and Standards), confidential online tool delivering information about substance abuse treatment programs, and other resources. The tool will incorporate ratings of facilities and quality assessments to deliver a trustworthy source for comparison of programs.
