‘Recognizing Future Ready Exceptional Leaders is a Privilege’
CHICAGO, IL- P&L Group is proud to announce its 2025 class of Top 25 Leaders of Impact, honoring senior leaders who have consistently demonstrated courageous, values-driven leadership in the workplace, community, and beyond. These changemakers represent excellence across disciplines, industries, and identities and reflect what it truly means to lead with purpose in a time of profound disruption.
“In this moment of uncertainty and rapid change, it is more urgent than ever to recognize sustainable leadership,” said P&L Group CEO, Pam McElvane. “These leaders aren’t driven by the desire for recognition they lead because they care. Their impact shows in those they mentor, those they uplift, and the communities they transform. At P&L Group, we don’t see this recognition as a business imperative it’s a privilege.”
Now in its fourth year, the Top 25 Leaders of Impact Award celebrates individuals who embody the highest standards of integrity, humility, vision, and commitment to others. From mentoring future leaders to delivering transformative results, these honorees set the bar for inclusive, lasting impact.
Selection Methodology:
The 2025 honorees were chosen from a pool of 150 nominees through a rigorous review by an internal selection committee composed of leaders from HR, DEI, and business operations. Criteria include leadership excellence, inclusion, and equity advocacy, results-driven impact, and community engagement. Candidates completed a comprehensive application and demonstrated a sustained commitment to inclusive leadership, both professionally and personally.
P&L Group applauds these extraordinary leaders for modeling the values our world urgently needs trust, equity, empathy, and accountability. As such, these leaders will be recognized live at the Honoree Reception at their 19th Annual Virtual National Leadership Development & Recognition Conference on September 18th, 2025.
