“As the discourse around diversity, equity, and inclusion faces growing complexities, the significance of the 50 Out Front Recognition is amplified. The companies honored in Diversity MBA’s ranking epitomize the aspiration for work environments that honor dignity and champion inclusion,” says DMBA CEO, Pamela McElvane.

Employers are evaluated using Diversity MBA’s rigorous benchmarking metrics, assessing how companies and organizations purposefully invest in strategies and practices to advance women and diverse managers. Diversity MBA’s methodology includes a comprehensive process involving primary and secondary research. Companies are selected based on their performance in eight categories: integrated strategy, representation, board diversity, recruitment, workplace inclusion, retention, succession planning, and leadership accountability.

In an era marked by legislative and political challenges, it is crucial to celebrate these milestones. These leaders are unwavering in their commitment to supporting all stakeholders, ensuring that diversity, equity, and inclusion are central to their organizational ethos. Their dedication is a testament to fostering workplace environments that not only prioritize equity but also the well-being of their employees now and for the future.

Thank you to our 50 Out Front companies for your exemplary leadership and for setting the standard in workplace excellence. Your steadfast efforts are shaping the future of work and contributing to a more equitable and inclusive society.

Let us celebrate these remarkable achievements and continue to advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion in every aspect of our professional lives.

In addition to the primary list, the annual ranking also highlights the “Top Ten Best in Class Companies” in each category and recognizes the top five employers in thirty-five specialty categories.
