AJ Ghasham is an organized, consistent and ambitions leader who is a Manager of the Project and Reporting Unit for Blue Cross Blue Shield. He Provides strategic thought leadership and influences business leaders and client teams to implement strategies based upon customer financial and data-driven insights. His responsibility is to Develop business case presentations and action plans to influence corporate campaigns including targeted recommendations. Prior to his current position, AJ was Team Leader for an Individual & Small Mid-Group Servicing. He worked on special projects/assignments; leading functional and/or cross-functional project teams. He received a Master of Public Administration from University of Michigan and Bachelor of Science in Aviation and Business Administration from Western Michigan University
