Talton joined Nielsen in 2002, and accepted her current position in early 2012, having served as the senior vice president, global call center operations/COE where she chartered a major transformation agenda for the call centers that focused on customer service, associate engagement, simplifying work activities, and operational excellence. She has responsibility for developing the global strategy for implementation, measurement, and accountability of new and ongoing diversity and inclusion initiatives. This includes supplier diversity, education and training, diverse organizational development, recruitment and retention; and client-driven solutions. Since assuming the role, Talton developed D&I reporting at the business unit level to increase ownership and accountability, selected an MBE to provide companywide D&I training, and installed a new supplier diversity tracking tool. She has over 17 years operations, two years IT, and six years financial reporting experience. She was previously with Sears Holdings Corp,. where she was divisional vice president, inbound services & operations.
