With over ten years of retail pharmacy experience and his current position as an officer in the United Stated Public Health Service, He has experienced multiple ways of impacting patients care. Providing pharmaceutical care that establishes personal relationships reinforces that positive outcomes for not only himself, but for the patient as well. “Listening to the patient’s problem and addressing what you can do, lets them know they’re part of One Team” he says. Being thorough in your interactions and always following through are steps that not only strengthen relationships with patients, but with co – workers as well. He feels that his time with GIANT’s Pharmacy has made him realize his impact on patient care can be positive and something he should strive for.
