Griffith is currently an assistant vice president and project manager with JP Morgan Chase Executive Office where she works on complaint management processes. Previously, April ran Chase’s Natural Disaster Program for Mortgage Banking, assisting customers in an $8 million portfolio. Prior to joining Chase, April held various positions at Illinois Institute of Technology including associate director of the Career Management Center at the Stuart School of Business with a focus on employer relations. April has more than 10 years of combined experience in project and relationship management, career services, recruiting and event planning. April is the careers chair for the National Black MBA Association, Inc., Chicago Chapter and has been a member since 2003 where she began as a student member and scholarship recipient. At Chase, April is a co-chair for Chase’s Chicago Volunteer Leadership Group as well as the community and partnerships chair for the Women’s Interactive Network (WIN) and Black Organization for Leadership Development (BOLD). April holds a bachelors of science in broadcast communication from Northwest Missouri State University and a master of science in marketing communication from IIT’s Stuart School of Business. A native of Chicago, April is also very active in her church where she reaches out and mentors college students. She also enjoys watching and playing sports.
