Brittain is the Head of Talent Management at Zurich and is responsible for North America’s strategic talent acquisition, enterprise talent management and Diversity and Inclusion. Prior to joining Zurich in 2009 as part of the Global Associate Program, Brittain worked both in the legal and education sectors. Her skills include global communications, executive messaging, change management, and writing. She holds a law degree from Michigan State University College of Law in East Lansing, MI. and a Bachelor’s in Psychology from North Central College in Naperville, IL.
