Cedric Terrell is the Senior Vice President, Pharmacy Services at Novant Health. He provides strategic leadership for pharmacy services including inpatient, ambulatory/ clinical pharmacy practice, retail operations (10 locations), mail/home delivery, specialty pharmacy (2 locations) and call centers. He is a thought leader who challenges the BRG to imagine and create sustainable initiatives within NH and in the communities we serve. He is an active participant in community volunteer opportunities that further Novant Health’s presence in communities that are predominately represented by people of color. Dr. Terrell actively engages and challenges pharmacy leadership and suppliers to identify and utilize more diverse Tier 1 suppliers while holding our Tier 1 suppliers accountable for reporting Tier 2 utilization. He participated in an education event called White Men and Allies to increase understanding around diversity and inclusion and engage white men in the work.
